When we sit down with Adam Cubuk, he radiates confidence and a zest for life — exactly the energy he aims to pass on to his clients. He calls himself a Transformation Coach, a term that might sound unfamiliar at first, but one he uses intentionally to capture the profound impact his work has on people.

Adam is a man fully committed to his mission: helping others achieve the body they’ve always dreamed of — no excuses. “I’m not a supporter of the body positivity trend,” he tells us frankly. “I want my clients to own their goals and say, ‘That’s the body I want!’ Then I get them there. Simple as that.”

We sat down with the popular fitness and nutrition expert to hear his story, uncover some of his top tips, and find out where his journey is headed next.

From Zero to Hero – Adam Cubuk Started Out “Seriously Skinny”

Adam’s journey into fitness and nutrition began early. As a teenager, he was, in his own words, “extremely skinny.” “I quickly realized that building a strong body takes more than just doing push-ups,” he says. “I wanted to truly understand how to shape the human body.”

At 17, he took up Kung Fu, but the real breakthrough came when he started diving deep into nutrition. His early knowledge came from YouTubevideos and scientific literature, but his passion quickly grew beyond casual interest. In 2014, after completing his vocational high school diploma in social sciences, he enrolled in a formal training program to become a licensed dietitian. “I didn’t just want to train — I wanted to understand the science behind real physical transformation,” he explains.

What started as a personal passion soon became Adam Cubuk’s life’s mission. After several years working as a swim school trainer and pool supervisor, he took the plunge into full-time self-employment in 2023 — a bold move that came with serious risks. “I wasn’t financially secure yet, but I knew I could make it work. I wanted to build a lifestyle that was truly mine.”

Supplements & Steroids: Secret Weapons or Slippery Slope?

Few topics stir as much debate in the fitness world as supplements and steroids. But Cubuk doesn’t shy away from the subject. “Food today often lacks the nutrients it once had. That’s why I use supplements — to close those gaps. For many clients, it makes a real difference.”

When the conversation turns to steroids, his tone becomes more serious. “A lot of people have the wrong idea. I always say: it depends on your goal. If someone wants to be a professional bodybuilder, they’ll need either steroids or once-in-a-century genetics to compete. But that’s a personal choice.” He’s quick to add that he doesn’t know or recommend any suppliers. His own approach centers around safe, sustainable training. “There are genetic differences — some people just build muscle more easily than others. That’s why it’s so important to take an individual approach.”

Social Media as a Client Magnet – How Adam Cubuk Builds His Brand

Adam’s biggest source of new clients? Social media. “People don’t follow me for no reason. They’re drawn to the content I put out, and that’s how they discover my coaching,” he says with a confident smile. “The goal is to be the kind of coach people want to reach out to.”

His coaching isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s designed for people who are genuinely ready to invest in themselves. “I only work with those who truly want it. If you’re half-hearted, you’re just wasting your time.” Pricing starts at €600 per month (VAT included).

Sex, Fitness, and Confidence – A Taboo Worth Talking About

One topic Adam is especially passionate about is the link between fitness, nutrition, and sexuality. “Most coaches shy away from this, but let’s be real — physical attractiveness matters. People train not just for health, but for confidence, presence, and yes, a better sex life.”

He grins and adds, “Look, it’s biology. We judge each other — consciously or not — based on appearance. When you’re fit, you feel more energized, more confident, and that ripples into every part of your life, including your sex life.” He doesn’t sugarcoat it. “Many clients won’t admit it, but they choose coaches based on looks. And where does a physical transformation ultimately lead? Toward stronger relationships, starting a family — and great sex. That’s real. These things matter to me, and I love working with clients who want to grow in those areas — to become more sexually attractive, to have better sex. That’s part of the transformation, too.”Coach Adam Cubuk lachend Portrait

Is This His Dream Physique? Adam Cubuk on His Own Fitness Journey

So, has Adam Cubuk already achieved his dream body? He leans back for a moment, thoughtful. “Not yet. I still have goals I’m working toward. I have the knowledge — but there are always new levels I want to reach.”

His personal training routine is nothing short of intense. “In 2023, I trained every single day — at least one session, no matter what. Even if fitness isn’t your full-time job, you should still prioritize it. Later on, I created a more flexible plan: 2 to 6 sessions per week, depending on the schedule.” After quitting his main job, he went all in. “For two months straight, I trained twice a day, six days a week. That’s the level of dedication I bring — and the standard I set for myself.”

Looking Ahead – Where Adam Cubuk’s Journey Is Headed

Adam Cubuk is just getting started. He has big plans for the future: expanding his reach in the fitness and nutrition space, building out his personal brand, and creating digital content that speaks to a wider audience. “There are so many people out there who want to better themselves but don’t have access to a personal coach. I want to develop methods that really work online — coaching that delivers results even from a distance.”

Expanding his client base is also on the horizon. “Right now, I’m focused on the German-speaking market, but fitness is a global language. I can absolutely see myself taking this international.”

He leans forward, eyes lit with conviction. “There are so many people stuck in frustration, simply because they’re in their own way. My job is to show them what’s possible.”

And if you’ve followed his journey this far — you’ll believe him without a doubt.
